Items sold and shipped by Sweet Veggie Online MAY NOT be returned/exchanged to any physical Sweet Veggie locations.

所有於Sweet Veggie Online 素香庭電子商城上購買的產品不可在任何素香庭實體店面退換。

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO RETURNS and EXCHANGES will be accepted for items sold and shipped by Sweet Veggie Online.

 

貨物既出，概不退換。
於Sweet Veggie Online 素香庭電子商城上購買之產品一旦出貨，便不可退貨或更換。

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for you.

產品損壞等問題
請顧客於收到產品時立刻檢查，如果有任何壞損或收到錯誤產品，請於48小時內通知我們，以利於為您評估狀況。

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

退款

收到您的退款產品後，我們會與您聯絡，讓您知道是否符合退款條件。如果符合退款條件，我們將會從系統由您付款方式退款給您。我們退款後，您的信用卡公司或銀行也會需要時間處理，所以沒有馬上在您的帳單上顯示是正常的狀況。
