These Vegan/Vegetarian Popcorns from Taiwan are Dangerous!

These Vegan/Vegetarian Popcorns from Taiwan are Dangerous!

To be honest, we were not a big fan of popcorns. However, when our team was trying out new products, we found a dark horse. Out of all five flavors, the Chocolate one was unexpectedly pleasant!

The Chocolate Flavor popcorns are not coated with chocolate syrup but wrapped in cocoa powder, and the sweetness is balanced pretty well. Of course, it became #1 in our office.  Whenever we do grocery at Sweet Veggie, our office would ask us to bring two tubs. One tub just disappears way too fast.

#2 in our office is Caramel. I think it is not that easy to find vegan caramel snacks without the taste of coconut oil. This popcorn doesn’t, so I like it.

#3 is Pepper & Salt. This one is not completely savory/salty, it still has sugar. But since our social media manager claims herself a fake Tainan person, she is ok with it being sweet.

Oh, just a word of reminder: Avoid leaving these popcorns next to you when binging your favorite shows or working on social media posts in the middle of the night. Before you know it, you have already consumed a whole lot of calories. (pushing the Caramel Popcorns away from my desk)
